Two Tongues streaming “Interlude Two” off new album “Two Tongues Two”

Two Tongues, made up of Max Bemis of Say Anything and Chris Conley of Saves the Day, are streaming a new song entitled “Interlude Two” from their latest album “Two Tongues Two”, which just came out October 14th via Equal Vision Records.

Two Tongues Stream New Song “Scorpio”

Two Tongues (ft. members of Say Anything and Saves the Day) announce first tour ever

Two Tongues, made up of Max Bemis of Say Anything and Chris Conley of Saves the Day, have announced their first tour ever as a band! The band will travel all over the US and you can see when they will be near you below.

The band will be joined on the tour by newcomers Backwards Dancer, who will also serve as the backing band for their upcoming album. We will keep you posted on the details of the album as they develop.

The duo’s last album was a self-titled album from 2009.



Max Bemis says new Two Tongues album coming this year & new Say Anything record in 2016

Say Anything frontman Max Bemis made two big announcements earlier this week. In addition to revealing his side-project Two Tongues, which also features Chris Conley of Saves The Day, plans to have a new full-length record out this year, he also announced Say Anything’s next album is slated for a 2016 release!

We’ll be sure to keep you posted as more details on these two releases come to light. Two Tongues last released their self-titled album in 2009 through Vagrant Records, and Say Anything’s Hebrews came out on June 10, 2014 via Equal Vision Records.



Two Tongues begin demoing tracks for new album

Say Anything frontman Max Bemis announced that his side project Two Tongues is one step closer to putting out a new album, posting the following on Twitter:

“Just recorded the first demo for our platonichomoeroticore band Two Tongues LP 2.”

Whatever that means.  We’ll keep you posted as more details on the album, which will serve as a follow-up to their 2009 self-titled debut, come to light.



Max Bemis finished writing his half of Two Tongues’ upcoming record

According to a recent post on his Twitter page, Say Anything frontman Max Bemis has finished writing his portion of songs for Two Tongues‘ upcoming record:

“Just finished writing my “half” of the next Tongues record. Now just need @ChrisLaneConley to take these tunes into the dreamscape (:”

Interview: Max Bemis talks to Marvel about his comic book obsession

maxbemisSo apparently Say Anything front-man, Max Bemis, is a comic book nut.  The proof is in an interview he did with Marvel where Max discusses, yes, comics, but also the upcoming Say Anything album and even touches briefly on future plans for side project Two Tongues.  It’s worth a read so check it out here.
