These Fast Times (melodic) release new video for “Lights Too Loud”

Montreal melodic outfit These Fast Times have released a video for the song “Lights Too Loud” off of their upcoming début LP On the Other Side of Fear, which will be released July 20th through Thousand Island Records. If you’re a fan of late 80’s or early 90’s MTV music videos (remember when they played music?) you’ll definitely get a kick out of some dad’s living out some teenage dreams in front of a green screen.

Family Meeting announce new EP, sign to Thousand Islands Records

Toronto melodic punks Family Meeting have just announced that they will be have joined the Thousand Islands Records army and will be releasing a new EP later this year under their new ranks. Despite the departure of frontman, Josh Riley, the new EP will offer a new look into bassist Davey Knight stepping up as vocalist.

The five piece last released their EP, “No One Cares ‘Til You’re Dead” in April 2017.

Ontario punkers Shift-D have released a new EP with Thousand Islands Records.

Staying true to their mid-90’s roots, “This Message will Self-Destruct” is a fiery 8-track offering of skate punk ballads that probably will actually self-destruct inside your song lyric memory banks. Cool and thought out guitar parts twist around the punk rock backbone to bring you a collection of songs reminiscent of the glory days of punk rock music in the 90’s.

Trashed Ambulance (Punk, Canada) Stream Latest Full-Length “Flashes of Competence”

Alberta’s Trashed Ambulance are allowing their fans to stream their latest album. It’s titled Flashes of Competence and the release is being handled by Quebec’s Thousand Island Records. Trashed Ambulance will also be on tour in support of the record throughout May.

Charlie Bit My Finger (pop punk) announce Canadian tour dates

Belgian pop-punk act Charlie Bit My Finger have announced their first Canadian Tour. Set to take place on the east coast, the trek will begin on May 15th in Blainville, QC and come to an end at the infamous Bovine Sex Club in Toronto, ON on May 22nd. The trek also includes a stop at Montreal’s Pouzza Fest, all dates can be found below.

Charlie Bit My Finger’s lastest album “Third Time’s A Farm”, was released in 2017 via Thousand Islands Records in Canada and Bearded Punk Records in Europe.



Trashed Ambulance announce new album “Flashes of Competence”

Hailing from Alberta, Trashed Ambulance have just announced that they’ll be releasing their new album “Flashes of Competence” sometime in early May of this year on Thousand Islands Records.

These guys will also be auctioning off five songs on Facebook which will be recorded and released in Summer of 2018 to help support their tour which will end with an appearance at Pouzza Fest in Montreal. Click here for more details.



Dutch skatepunks Sun-0-Bathers premiere video, debut EP to release next week

You into butts? Yeah, you’re into butts. How about 1980s butts? Yeah, you’re into 1980s butts. Sun-0-Bathers has you covered with their latest video, “Sunspray,” which features lots and lots of rad 80s beach footage. It could use more banana hammock to even things out, but that’s just me. Anyway, “Sunspray” is another single off Sun-0-Bathers’ debut EP, “Local Warming.” It’ll be out Friday, March 16th on Thousand Islands, Bearded Punk, Melodic Punk Style, No Affiliation, and drummer Jouke’s own label, Morning Wood.
