DS Exclusive: Chris Fox Premieres “Stupid Chords, Stupid Words, Stupid Song” From Upcoming Solo LP

If you think you know Chris Fox’s music, you don’t know shit! The hardest working man in punk rock is back with a brand new solo album featuring classic songs, with some new flavor of ’em! The debut, self titled LP will be released on Tuesday (11/14) via Reno based DIY label Voted Best Records and is made up of thirteen previously released songs all of which have been totally rerecorded and given a full accompaniment. This ‘upgrade’ creates a whole new feel from the simpler, acoustic versions while still keeping the trademark ‘Chris Fox’ sound.  Lucky for you, we got our hands on an advance copy and like to share with our friends! Stream the world premiere of the revamped version of “Stupid Chords, Stupid Words, Stupid Song” exclusively here at Dying Scene, below!

*Mr. Fox is also working on a special EP entitled Portly Formed which will be comprised of nothing but his favorite thing, Fat Wreck Chords covers!! Follow the label’s Facebook page for more information on a release date.
