New Music: Vinnie Caruana – “I’m Not Coming Home For Christmas (I’m Coming Home For You)”

Vinnie Caruana has been keeping busy with the newly reunited The Movielife of late, but he’s also got a solo track slated to appear on an upcoming movie soundtrack. The song is called “I’m Not Coming Home For Christmas (I’m Coming Home For You)” and you can listen to it below.

“I’m Not Coming Home For Christmas (I’m Coming Home For You)” appears on the soundtrack to a film called (Romance) In The Digital Age, which also features music from James Dewees from Reggie & The Full Effect and John Nolan from Taking Back Sunday and more. Astute fans of The Movielife may recognize the song as a stripped down reworking of the full-band track “Pour Two Glasses”from their latest album, Cities In Search Of A Heart.

 



Lincoln (Emo) stream debut EP “A Constant State of Ohio”

Cincinnati, Ohio based emo/alt-rock-punk blend Lincoln is currently streaming his debut EP, titled “A Constant State of Ohio.” You can listen to it below.

“A Constant State of Ohio” was released on January 27 via I Surrender Records. The EP features Brett Romnes of I Am The Avalanche on drums, and guest vocals from Gary Cioni formerly of Crime in Stereo and Daytrader.



Vinnie Caruana streams new song “Survivor’s Guilt”

Vinnie Caruana (I Am the Avalanche) signs to Equal Vision Records, releasing solo LP

Vinnie Caruana (I Am the Avalanche) has signed to Equal Vision Records. He is currently in the studio recording his debut solo full-length album.

He last released a split with Adam Lazzara (Taking Back Sunday), Anthony Raneri (Bayside), Chris Conley (Saves the Day) in 2013.

The lineup for the first-ever Oneonta Punk Fest, which is set to take place on the 25th and 26th of October in Oneonta, New York, has been revealed. Bands that have been announced include I Am The Avalanche, Crime In Stereo, Spraynard, Cassavetes, Timeshares, and many others.

I Am The Avalanche announce September tour dates with Dads

I Am The Avalanche will be playing a few shows with Dads this September between their appearances at Riot Fest Chicago and Denver. Details on when and where you’ll be able to catch them can be found below.
