These guys last released their EP “Time Is Running Out” in May of 2015.

Arizona’s Withered Bones have released a new music video for “Rotten Thoughts”, taken from their latest album In Search of Self-Evidence. Check it out here.

Withered Bones stream new track “Indoctrinated”

Arizona-based, melodic hardcore act, Withered Bones are now streaming their new track, “Indoctrinated.” 

“Growing up I was taught not to question anything,” shares frontman Russell Ullrich. “I was spoon fed my grandparents beliefs on a narrow path of ideals, sheltered from external thought. I was often told, “Only God knows,” when grown-ups didn’t have answers to ease my uncertainty. As I got older and became exposed to current culture, I quickly began to resent my upbringing in the church.” 

This track belongs to their planned release of album In Search Of Self-Evidence, which is due out Dec. 8 via Blood & Ink Records.

Withered Bones (melodic hardcore, AZ) stream single “Evansville” and announce album

Arizona-based, melodic hardcore act, Withered Bones, will release their new studio album on December 8 via Blood & Ink Records. The record is titled In Search Of Self-Evidence and features 12 tracks that supposedly tackle various topics from the church, through to social discontentment and self-discovery. 

The album’s lead single, “Evansville,” has been released alongside the announcement. You can listen to it over at Withered Bones’s Facebook page.

 



New Music: Household – “Distant Truth (Part 1)” from upcoming split with Infinite Me

Minneapolis-based melodic hardcore group Household are streaming a brand new song. It’s called “Distant Truth (Part 1)” and it’s slated to appear on their upcoming split with fellow Minneapolis band Infinite Me. Check it out here.

DS Exclusive: Strengthen What Remains (Hardcore) Premieres New Demo

Hardcore act Strengthen What Remains has a full length LP due out later this year via Blood & Ink Records and they thought you’d like to kick the tires on it. So, the foursome sent us over a demo to stream! When asked about the demo, vocalist Joshua White said  “These three songs fully encompass where we are going with the LP, they are a full fledged attack on apathy, complacency and neutrality.” The operative word in that quote is ‘attack’. This demo is brutal. The boys are also heading out on a tour of the entire East coast (from Montreal, Canada to their hometown of Tampa, Florida and everywhere in between!).

Household release music video for “Sway” and announce tour dates

Minneapolis-based melodic hardcore group Household have just released a music video for the song “Sway,” which is a track off of their just-released album Time Spent.  In support of the album, the band is touring the US and you can check out those dates, as well as the new music video below.

Colorado emo/hardcore trio Tigerwine have just released a new video for their track “Sharp Elbows”. The clip, which you can check out below, shows the group rocking out in a dimly lit garage.

Minneapolis-based melodic hardcore group Household recently announced that their debut album, “Time Split”, will be released September 25, while also giving us a taste of things to come by streaming “Undertow”, a new track off the coming album.

“Undertow” seems in line with the previous samples we’ve seen, bringing steady time changes, and an evolving sound, into what’s already a pretty outstanding melodic hardcore piece.
