Weezer announce new album ‘Pacific Daydream’, stream new track ‘Mexican Fender’

Los Angeles rock icons Weezer dropped some big news bombs on us today. By starters they announced a brand new album called ‘Pacific Daydream’ which will come out October 27th. Fans can already start pre-ordering right here.

Weezer releases new single “Feels Like Summer”

Los Angeles rock icons Weezer have released a new single titled “Feels Like Summer.”  The song is the first single off the bands as of yet untitled upcoming 11th album that should see release this summer.

Weezer announce Western Canadian tour with The Flatliners

Los Angeles Rock veterans Weezer have announced a tour of Western Canada this coming spring. They will be joined by Canadian punks The Flatliners from March 31st to April 8th as the tour moves from Saskatoon, SK to Penticton, BC. Weezer released their latest album, The White Album, on April 1st, 2016. The Flatliners released their EP, Nerves, last October and have plans for a full-length this year.

Weezer announce ‘White Album’ 2016 summer tour with Panic! at the Disco, share new music video

Weezer have made a big announcement about the release of their new album Weezer (‘White Album’) and more importantly their upcoming summer US tour with Panic! at the Disco in support of this album. The two bands will tour all over the US for almost 3 months with special guest Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness. Check out the full list of dates and locations below.

Weezer also released a brand new music video for their newest single “King of the World”, a track set to appear on the new album. Check it out below.

It is unclear if “Thank God for Girls” is going to appear on the next Weezer album, which will serve as the follow-up to last year’s Everything Will Be Alright in the End, but we’ll keep you posted as more details come to light.

Weezer (performing “Pinkerton” and “The Blue Album”), Cancer Bats, System of A Down and more added to Riot Fest lineups

A handful of big-time acts have been added to the lineups at the three Riot Fest locations for later this summer…because you needed MORE of a reason to go.

Now appearing at the Denver Riot Fest (Aug 28-30) will be System Of A Down, The Prodigy (who are still a band because 1990s big beat music will somehow never die…) and Death Grips. Added to the lineup at the Chicago installment of Riot Fest (September 11-13) will be System Of A Down and The Prodigy, and now appearing in Toronto (September 19-20) will be Cancer Bats, The Prodigy, Bleachers, and Weezer, who’ll be performing “The Blue Album” and “Pinkerton” in their entirety.

Weezer are streaming a previously-unreleased song called “Everybody Needs Salvation”, which is the title track from a 7″ single made just for club members and was reportedly recorded during the sessions of their latest album Everything Will Be Alright in the End. You can listen to the song below.

Everything Will Be Alright in the End was released last October through Republic Records, and was Weezer’s first studio album since Hurley, which was released in 2010 through Epitaph Records.
