Grey Gardens

what is the Grey Gardens sound? Anyone who grew up listening to 2nd wave emotional indie rock in the 1990’s will be quick to recognize the heavy dose of Texas is the Reason and Elliott in the mix along with heavier passages ala Hum and early Smashing Pumpkins. It’s driving riffs and sparkly overdriven leads. It’s the sound of bearing your soul for everyone to see. It’s emotionally charged indie rock that calls back to a classic era of the genre. There is something for everyone in Grey Gardens.
