It’s been only two months since Transgender Dysphoria Blues came out, but in a recent interview, Against Me! drummer Atom Willard has stated that the band is already working on new material for their next album, which should be out sooner than 2018. Here’s an excerpt from the interview:
“The whole process of getting Transgender Dysphoria Blues out was so long and drawn out and we have a lot of ideas backed up behind it. We are flushing those out now a little, playing around at sound check and whenever we have the time and we are in the right vibe space to just sit around and jam together. The next record will be out a lot sooner in relative terms from White Crosses to this one.”
Against Me! recently announced the 7-inch single “Unconditional Love”, which will be available on vinyl May 26 and digitally on June 9 via Xtra Mile. The band began a two-month U.S. tour last Wednesday.

I haven’t listened to much of their new stuff, but I do like their “Tonight we’re gonna give it 35%” era stuff quite a bit. And Impact. Impact is amazing.
YESSSS!!! Laura is going for that goal of a record a year for ten years! I hope she gets there!!!
More Against Me! music makes the world a better place.
