Boston punks raise funds for charity with “Miracle on Comm Ave.” compilation

It’s time to get in the holiday spirit with a brand-new comp from some of Boston’s best punk bands, streaming below.  Produced by Squallie Greenthumb (ex-The Old Edison), Miracle on Comm Ave. features 16 tracks from Boston’s own Energy, Mark Lind (The Ducky Boys), Matt Trainor (Losers CircleThe Radicals), Live Nude GirlsCoffin Salesman, and more. All proceeds go to Child’s Play, a charity that provides toys and video games to terminally ill kids in over 140 hospitals around the world.

If you like  music, helping kids, and new takes on some Christmas tunes (some originals, some covers), you can buy the comp for $5 (or more, if you’re feeling generous) right here. You can also learn more about Child’s Play here.
