While French punk act Guerilla Poubelle may not be a familiar name in the American scene, the trio has been playing together since 2003 and have a massive following throughout Europe and abroad. But, that’s all fixin’ to change now that the Parisian punks have signed with heavyweight label Red Scare Industries for the release their brand new album La Nausee. To better acquaint you with the venerable vets, they sent us a single from the thirteen track LP! And, since we don’t understand a lick of French, we asked lead man, Till Lemoine to tell us about it so us English-speaking folks know what the shit’s about: “’En Marche’ is the name of French president Emmanuel Marcon’s new movement. It translates to both ‘walking’ and ‘working’, implying that we must walk toward our radiant future through work and accumulation of wealth. Macron’s neo-liberal vision of progress includes less rights for the workers, downsizing public services and cutting corporate taxes.” Well, we all have our presidential problems now, don’t we lads…. Now, that you know what it’s all about, stream it, exclusively here at Dying Scene, below! Prendre plaisir!!
