Flatfoot 56 release “I Believe It” EP on I-Tunes

Chicago’s celtic punks Flatfoot 56 have released their new “I Believe It” EP on I-Tunes.

The EP The “I Believe It” EP includes the first single from the band’s upcoming full-length, “Toil,” along with two B-sides. “Cotton Fields” is a cover song, originally written in the 1940s and famously covered by Creedence Clearwater Revival in the 1960s. The version of “I’ll Fly Away” on this EP is an acoustic version that doesn’t appear on “Toil.”

The band’s upcoming album, “Toil,” will be released on July 24th through Paper + Plastick Records, and is the band’s follow-up to “Black Thorn” from March 2010 on Old Shoe Records.
