Blaqk Audio, the electronica side project of AFI’s Davey Havoc and Jade Puget, will be releasing their sophomore album, “Bright Black Heaven,” this Fall via their new imprint, Big Death (distributed by Superball Music).
The band states:
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Superball Music for the release of Bright Black Heaven and the premiere of Big Death. To be supported by a label built by true music fans is a refreshing pleasure. Together, we will bring our version of heaven to the world.”
“Bright Black Heaven” will be the follow up to Blaqk Audio’s debut, “CexCells,” that was released on Interscope Records in 2007. The Big Death/Superball Music debut is set for a 2012 release.
A free download of “Bliss,” one of the new songs that will be featured on “Bright Black Heaven,” is currently available here.
