Descendents return to Epitaph, new album due in July

California punk legends Descendents have announced that they are back on Epitaph Records, and will release their long-awaited new album Hypercaffium Spazzinate in July. It will be their first studio album since 2004’s Cool to Be You, and their first on Epitaph since 1996’s Everything Sucks.

Although the Descendents did not reveal any more information about Hypercaffium Spazzinate, it will likely include the six new tracks (“Feel This”, “Victim of Me”, “On Paper”, “Testosterone”, “Full Circle”, and “Shameless Halo”) they performed last Thursday at The Standing Room in Hermosa Beach, which was their first hometown show in nearly 20 years.
