DS Exclusive: Margate details new album “Rock ‘n Roll Reserve”, stream new single

Pop-punk fans, if you haven’t heard of Margate yet, it’s time to take notice.  This Los Angeles based three piece has been making quite a name for themselves lately and today we’re stoked to bring you an exclusive stream of their newest single “Live It Up,” which you can listen to right here.

“Live It Up” will appear on the band’s upcoming EP, “Rock ‘n Roll Reserve,” which will be released July 26th on the band’s own Room 57 Records.  It was recorded and produced by Margate and Paul Miner (ex-bassist for Death By Stereo, engineer for New Found Glory, Thrice, Atreyu, etc…) at Buzzbomb Sound Labs in Orange, CA.  The tracklisting and cover art can be found here.

Margate has two prior full-length albums, “Songs In The Key Of Awesome” (2006) and “On The Other Side” (2009).

Isn’t that a Costello song? Wonder if they got permission. Cool rendition!
