Folk-punk artist Davey Dynamite (Dying Scene Records) premieres “Rock And Roll” off upcoming album “Holy Shit”

On December 20th Chicago folk-punk artist Davey Dynamite will release his first fully-plugged in album “Holy Shit” through our very own Dying Scene Records. I’m unbelievably proud to be putting this album out partly because as a human and as an artist Davey represents everything I love about punk rock, but mostly because I just think this album so damn good. To see what I mean you can stream “Rock And Roll”, one of the album’s catchiest tunes, right now on Punknews.

If you’re new to Davey Dynamite he is as political as he is emotional and you might say he is the folk-gone-electric lineage of O Pioneers! and Against Me! born anew in the vein of Chicago punk rock.

While Dying Scene Records is handling digital distribution, the folks at Don’t Panic Records & Distro are handling vinyl, which you can pre-order here.

If you missed it earlier, you can also stream the album’s title track over on the Dying Scene Records bandcamp.
