Every Friday the punk rock geniuses here at Dying Scene are going to unleash a little bit of punk scene trivia all over your asses. Today’s “fun factoid” is about everybody’s favorite Canadian, political punk band Propagandhi .
If you listen to Propagandhi you’re well aware that the band feels quite passionately about a number of issues from animal and gay rights to hockey. It’s no surprise then that the band earned a reputation in the mid 90’s for going into lengthy rants during their live shows. Being self-aware of their own tendencies to pontificate when they were expected to perform Propagandhi decided to title their second album (released in 1996 on Fat Wreck Chords) “Less Talk, More Rock” as a joke.
