Lineups announced for Riot Fests in Chicago and Toronto (too many to list in a headline)

Okay, so maybe we jumped the gun on the Denver Riot Fest and Rodeo lineup earlier. Not because the post wasn’t accurate (it was), but because it wasn’t the whole story.

The preliminary lineups have ALSO been announced for the Chicago and Toronto Riot Fests, and honestly, it’s tough to pick a “best lineup.”

Dubbed the Riot Fest and Carnival, the Chicago dates feature: Rancid, Alkaline Trio, Taking Back Sunday, Thrice, Flogging Molly, Alexisonfire, The Lawrence Arms, Pennywise, The Damned, Bayside, Desaparecidos, Less Than Jake, Civ, Fishbone, Death, The Dwarves, Mustard Plug, The Ataris and more “punk” acts, alongside No Doubt, Faith No More, Modest Mouse, Snoop Dogg, Merle Haggard, Cypress Hill, and a ton more. The RF&C takes place from September 11th to the 13.

Meanwhile, the Riot Fest and Exposition takes place in Toronto September 19th and 20th and features Rancid (playing “…And Out Come The Wolves”), Alexisonfire, Motorhead, Thrice, Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls, Against Me!, Andrew WK, Bayside, Gwar and Fidlar as well as acts like Drive Like Jehu, Wu-Tang Clan, Tyler the Creator and more.

Full lineups, as well as updated ticket information, can be found here. Stay tune for the second wave of bands, which is slated to be released in a couple weeks.
