Michale Graves arrested for possession of marijuana, misses show at El Paso, TX

On Monday, July 23rd, Michale Graves (conservative punk rocker, and post-Danzig era Misfits frontman) was arrested for possession of 6 grams of marijuana after passing through a border check point in Kennedy County, Texas. Graves was taken into custody and held overnight, causing him to miss the El Paso show at Lips Lounge.

He was released the following day, Tuesday, July 24th, at 4 pm on a $750 bond, however Graves has to return to Texas to answer to the charges.

Graves’ album, “Illusions Live/Viretta Park,” will be re-released in Europe on August 3rd via Rough Trade distribution. His upcoming album, “War of Information,” is slated to be released this fall.
