Pacer releasing debut full-length album “Making Plans”

UK punk band Pacer will be self-releasing their debut album, “Making Plans,” on July 2nd.  The album was tracked over 2 days in a South London studio.

The album features 12 tracks and will be available as a pay-what-you-want download on the day of release.  It will also be available as a limited edition book with download code, in an effort to examine the conventional ties between music, album artwork, and lyrics.  Traditional physical formats will be available for release in late 2012.  Leading up to the album’s release, the band has created a site to keep fans up to date with info on the record.  Check it out here.

Pacer’s most recent release was their split 7″ with Long Island punk act Iron Chic, in 2011.
