Skylines Premieres Video For “Sunface” From Upcoming EP

Chicago based Emo act Skylines has released a new music video for the song “Sunface” from the upcoming EP What’s Left of Home (due out on December 14th via Wilhelm Records). We caught up with the trio to talk about the video premiere and the impending EP. Here’s what frontman Sam Sanetra had to say: “It’s swirly, bright, and for once, it’s happy. The video encapsulates the meaning of Sunface in a vague yet beautiful sense. Quinn Zuleger being the real life Sunface, Mario Criscione filming and editing. We even had our bestie, James Pickering of Glory Days fill in as our lead guitarist in the video! To further express our sound, we went to Jeff Bratanch and Luka Milosevic to put together our artwork for the release. This single is only the beginning of tapping into new sounds. On our upcoming EP we were able to dive into many different directions. Phil and I really wanted to make sure we put out the heaviest tracks we’ve ever made with this release. Beyond that, there’s songs we don’t really know how to describe. They’re just something we’ve never done before. It’s exciting, new and hard to wait for. We just want to release it all today!” Stream the new video over on the YouTubes and then go pre-order your copy of What’s Left of Home here
