Anti-Flag Announce New Album “20/20 Vision”, Stream Video for “Hate Conquers All”

Political punk stalwarts Anti-Flag have a new record coming out next year. It’s titled 20/20 Vision and will be available on January 17 via Spinefarm Records.

Anti-Flag Speaks Their Mind At Paste Studios

Political punk legends Anti Flag just days after announcing their upcoming record and tour to bless the studio with some never before heard acoustic versions of their new tunes. Front-men Justin Sane and Chris #2 waxed poetic about their musical influences, social activism, and 85 Bud Lights.

It was one of the most genuine and heartfelt Paste Sessions of the last few months, and I should know because I am at most of them. They broke their songs down to their deepest roots on the acoustic guitars as they will bring their live show back to its roots playing in front of a crowd of no more than 200 on Halloween night at New York Cities Mercury Lounge.



New Music: Anti-Flag release lyric video for “Christian Nationalist”

The band have released a stand-alone single and accompanying lyric video for a brand-new track called “Christian Nationalist.” We’re pretty sure it’s a protest song. Check it out below!

“Christian Nationalist” follows up their last release, Live Volume 2, which was released a couple months back on A-F Records.



Music 4 Cancer announces lineup for ninth edition of festival

Canadian feel-good festival Music 4 Cancer has announced the lineup for the ninth installment of the cancer research fundraiser. Held annually in Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, the festival has quickly become the première punk and ska festival of the Canadian season. This years edition will feature: Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Anti-Flag, Good Riddance, 88 Fingers Louie as well as Quebec ska legends Subb, as well as a ton of other great acts. The ninth edition will be held September 13th and 14th at its beloved home Sainte-Thérèse.

This year the festival has teamed up with Le Trou De Diable micro-brewery, also Music 4 Cancer has teamed up with Thousand Islands Records and will be holding a free show at the Local 41. As if all that wasn’t awesome enough, Music 4 Cancer as always has partnered up with the Canadian Cancer Society, and 100% of donations to the Raise-O-Thon M4C will go to furthering cancer research.

Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer, Music 4 Cancer has done an absolutely amazing job of raising funds for cancer research here in my amazing part of the world. Combining Quebec’s absolute love of punk and the generosity of the people of this kick-ass little nation Music 4 Cancer is a festival and cause everyone can get behind.

Anti-Flag release “Live Volume Two”, stream it now

Pittsburgh’s Anti-Flag have just released their new live album, aptly titled Live Volume 2, out now on A-F Records and you can stream it now on spotify.

Recorded over the course of 3 special evenings at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, CA, Live Vol. 2 spans the entire Anti-Flag catalog and catapults you from your headphones straight into the circle pit. Known for their raucous live show, Anti-Flag deliver in kind with this first volume of live tracks.



Anti-Flag Release Short Documentary, “Power To The Peaceful”; Announce Tour

As they are about to head out on a tour of Europe, political punks Anti-Flag have released a fifteen-minute documentary titled, “Power To The Peaceful” on YouTube, exploring the band’s ways of dealing with the rise of fascism, anti-immigration policy, and a general lack of empathy in the era of Trump.

Anti Flag release short documentary ahead of European Tour

Anti Flag have released a short documentary film called ‘Power To The Peaceful’. The film, directed by Bruno Fritzsche, is focused around the band’s reaction to the political environment in 2016 and the community of like-minded individuals that their music and message have helped to build. The fifteen minute film features some stunning live footage.

Anti Flag begin a European tour this week, including Punk In Drublic, ANTIfest, and Slam Dunk. A full list of dates, along with ‘Power To The Peaceful’ can be found below.



Anti Flag release new episode of ‘The ANTIcast’

Anti Flag continue their ‘The ANTIcast’ podcast with the release of episode 24 this week. This time around they focus on their home city of Pittsburgh and the tragic events that happened there recently.

The band’s podcast is often an interesting listen, and this episode is no exception. The show is hosted by Idobi, and can be streamed or downloaded here.

Pennsylvania political punks Anti-Flag have released a video for “Should I Stay Or Should I Go”, a cover of the iconic track originally by The Clash, which you can watch below.

This video comes fresh on the heels of last month’s release of the band’s acoustic album, “American Reckoning.” The album, released via Spinefarm Records, can also be streamed below.

Pennsylvania political punks Anti-Flag are to release acoustic album “American Reckoning” on September 28 via Spinefarm Records. Ahead of the album, the band have released a video for “For What It’s Worth”, a cover of a Buffalo Springfield track, which you can have a watch of below.

Pennsylvania political punks Anti-Flag are to release acoustic album “American Reckoning”on September 28 via Spinefarm Records. Ahead of the album, the band have released a video for “American Attraction”, which you can have a watch of below.

The song originally featured on last year’s “American Fall” record. 



Anti-Flag announce acoustic album ‘American rEckoning’, release video for “The Debate is Over”

Pennsylvania political punks Anti-Flag have announced that they will be releasing a new acoustic album titled American rEckoning. The album will be out on September 28 via Spinefarm Records and will include covers of songs that have inspired them over the years by artists such as John Lennon and Cheap Trick, as well as acoustic versions of their original material.

They have also shared a video for an acoustic version of the song “The Debate is Over” which will be on the new release. You can watch the video for that song below.

The band’s most recent release was American Fall which came out in November 2017 (also on Spinefarm).



Anti-Flag announces European tour dates, premieres video for “Trouble Follows Me”

PA-based political punk band Anti-Flag have announced the dates for their upcoming European tour. The tour includes some festival dates, including a few of their own ANTIfest dates.

They have also released a video for the song “Trouble Follows Me” which comes from their latest LP American Fall. The album was released last year via Spinefarm Records.

Anti-Flag Announce Reissue of “Their System Doesn’t Work For You”

Staunchly political punks Anti-Flag have announced that they will be releasing a remastered version of their 1998 album Their System Doesn’t Work For You. The record will feature all nine tracks from the band’s split record with d.b.s North America Sucks as well as the ten song that were previously unreleased at the time the first version of the album came out.

The reissue of Their System Doesn’t Work For You is scheduled for release on June 8. The previous effort by Anti-Flag was their 2017 live record Live Vol. One.



Jera On Air 2018 Festival announce dates and lineup

The 2018 edition of the Jera On Air Festival will be taking place June 28th-30th in Ysselstyn (LB), the Netherlands.  The festival is set to include bands such as NOFX, Sick Of It All, Anti-Flag, Red City Radio, Less Than Jake, A Wilhelm Scream, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, and many more.  You can check out the full lineup below.
