Stabbed In Back finish new album

New Mexico-based melodic hardcore band, Stabbed In Back, have finished their new album:

So we finished our full length up at Black in Bluhm Music in Denver with Chris Fogal of The Gamits mixing, engineering, and producing. The record came out so good and we are extremely happy with it. With that said, we have sent the record out to various labels, and now we play the waiting game…which none of us are good at.

The album will follow up the band’s last 7-inch release Wait For Light, put out on Say-10 Records last June.

New Mexico-based melodic hardcore band Stabbed In Back recently embarked on a tour with California punk rockers The Shell Corporation took them across the states and eventually lead them to The Fest in Gainesville.

Fest 12 is already well underway, but Stabbed In Back are just rolling into town today for their set tonight at Mars Pub.

The New Mexico melodic hardcore outfit are on the road with California punk rockers The Shell Corporation, and they’re documenting their tour, leading up to Gainesville.

New Mexico-based melodic hardcore band Stabbed In Back leave this weekend to track their first full length entitled “More Songs About Drinking And Blood” at Black and Bluhm studio in Denver Colorado.  Chris Fogal of the Gamits will be producing producing and fans can expect a release date sometime next spring.  The album will follow-up the band’s last seven inch release “Wait For Light”, put out on Say-10 Records last June.

After wrapping up recording Stabbed In Back will be hitting the road with California punk rockers The Shell Corporation beginning October 25th.  Check out the dates and locations below.



For The Love Of Punk streams debut comp (Allout Helter, The Gamits, Stabbed In Back and more)

The good folks at For The Love Of Punk have put together their very first punk-tastic compilation. Entitled “Riot In The Rockies, Volume One,” it’s filled with three dozen of their favorites (and yours…and ours) like Allout Helter, The Gamits, Stabbed In Back and more.

Stabbed in Back announces west coast tour with Convalescents

Albuquerque, NM’s Stabbed In Back have announced a run of west coast tour dates with Colorado’s the Convalescents. They will also play a few dates with Payoff, Civil War Rust, and Sic Waiting.

Stabbed in Back most recently released a 7″ on Say-10 Records called Wait for Light and Convalescents put out a full-length self-titled album in 2012.
