ASTPAI announce small central European summer tour

Austrian punks ASTPAI have announced a few shows in central Europe this summer and you can check out the details below.

The group is also currently planning a September stint in the UK, we will keep you posted on that as more info becomes available.



MxPx stream cover of Screeching Weasel’s “Leather Jacket”

A day before hitting the road for a few shows with Screeching Weasel, Bremerton pop-punk veterans MxPx have released a cover of “Leather Jacket,” which originally appeared on their tour-mates’ 1993 classic Anthem for a New Tomorrow.

MxPx’s latest full-length Plans Within Plans was released in 2012 through Jump Start Records. They have since released two compilation albums titled Acoustic Collection and Demos Collection, Vol. 1 via Bandcamp.



Crucial Dudes announces reunion show

New Jersey punk band Crucial Dudes has just announced a reunion show, to take place in Philadelphia in September.

The disbanded group recently made the announcement, via Facebook, that they will be playing a reunion show at the First Unitarian Church in Philadelphia on September 12th, with support from Timeshares and Hisdayhascome.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, which you can get your hands on here.

Crucial Dudes stream split with Hisdayhascome

The long-awaited split between punk acts Crucial Dudes and HisDayHasCome is now a reality, and you can listen to it below.  The bands have also announced that they will start pre-orders for the hardcopy vinyl in June.  The expected release date will be in September via Jump Start Records.

The songs were recorded three years ago, with each band contributing three songs to the split.



All Eyes West announce West Coast tour dates

Chicago punk act All Eyes West have announced a bunch of tour dates that’ll take them from their hometown to the West Coast and back. Along the way, they’ll be playing with bands like Suicide Machines, Derek Grant, Break Anchor, and Local H, who I totally forgot were still a band. Check out the full rundown of dates below.

The group’s most recent album  Doomer was released on January 27 via Jump Start Records. All Eyes West’s last release was a four-track EP which dropped back in December via Underground Communique Records.



Kill Lincoln to go on hiatus following current US tour

Washington, DC ska-punks Kill Lincoln recently announced they will unfortunately be going on an indefinite hiatus following the tour they are currently on, stating that “it wasn’t an easy call for any of us to make and one that’s been in process for a long while, but it’s the best thing for us right now.” The band’s statement can be read in its entirety below.

Still Alive sign to Jump Start Records; stream new song “Guilty”

Chicago ska-core act Still Alive have signed with Jump Start Records. The band has also revealed that their new album (and first with the label) will be called Choices and will be released this summer. To get you pumped for the album’s release, Still Alive has released a stream of the album’s first single, “Guilty,” which you can listen to below.

Choices is due out on August 25, 2015 via Jump Start Records.

The band’s 2014 album Burden Calls was released in Europe through Ass Card Records and Jumpstart Records in the US.
