Reel Big Fish, The Chinkees, Let’s Go Bowling and more announced for Viva Ska Vegas 2013

The lineup has been announced for this year’s Viva Ska Vegas! Taking place May 4, 2013 at the Henderson Events Center in Henderson, Nevada, the music festival will feature Reel Big Fish, The Chinkees, Let’s Go Bowling, Suburban Legends, The Skeletones, Be Like Max, Codename Rocky, Potato Pirates and The Maxies. The second round of acts will be announced shortly.



Chiodos, Reel Big Fish, We Came As Romans and more added to Warped Tour lineup

In the seventh of fifteen band announcements, the Vans Warped Tour has announced that Alvarez Kings, Chiodos, Young London, We Came As Romans, Reel Big Fish, and Beebs And Her Money Makers will be joining the 2013 tour.

The tour runs from June 15th through August 4th and show details and ticket info can be found on the Warped tour dates page.

New Video: Reel Big Fish – “Brown Eyed Girl”

OC ska punk staples Reel Big Fish recorded a video for their cover of the Van Morrison classic “Brown Eyed Girl” back in 2010…and then never really did much with it. Until now!

For your viewing pleasure, the band have finally uploaded the video for all the world to see. Check it out here.

“Brown Eyed Girl,” which was also famously covered by Lagwagon, appeared on Reel Big Fish’s 2010 compilation “A Best of Us for the Rest of Us,” but the audio was re-recorded to feature new member Matt Appleton on backing vocals.

Less Than Jake announce west coast tour dates w/ Reel Big Fish, Mad Caddies & Flatfoot 56

Less Than Jake have announced they will be hitting the road (between their summer tour and UK dates) for a west coast tour with Reel Big Fish, Mad Caddies, and Flatfoot 56 in support of their upcoming album, “Greetings and Salutations.”

“Greetings and Salutations,” a combination of their two previously released EPs, “Greetings From…” and “Season’s Greetings From…,” featuring two unreleased songs, is set to be released on October 15th via Sleep It Off Records.
