Florida easycore act We Still Dream have revealed the cover art (pictured to the left) and tracklisting for their upcoming album “Something To Smile About,” which is set to be released on August 6th via Anchor Eighty-Four Records.

We Still Dream will be streaming a song off the release on Monday, the 17th. Their last release was an EP entitled “Therapy,” which came out back in 2011.

New York punk band Still Rings True will release a new self-titled album this summer via Anchor Eighty Four Records. The label announced with a video teaser this morning:

“We here at Anchor Eighty Four Records are excited to finally announce that we will be releasing Still Rings True’s new album this summer. Upon first listen you can hear that Still Rings True have found their sound in the strengths of both punk and hardcore. As an outspoken New York punk band “We feel like this is the real us for the first time ever”, says guitarist and lead vocalist Josh Snyder. “It wasn’t only the fact that I got to work with Still Rings True on their next album that made me jump in, but that I felt excited and energized as I played each song for the first time”, added Anchor Eighty Four owner Cody Jones.

Pre-Orders will begin on Monday May 27th 2013, followed by the premier of a brand new song.”

Anchor Eighty-Four Records has just announced the signing of Florida easycore act We Still Dream. You can read a press release from Anchor Eighty-Four here, which includes that the band will soon release a new full length this summer.

We Still Dream last released their EP “Therapy” in 2011.

No Tide releases “Winter Acoustics” EP for free download

Today, Lincoln Nebraska pop-punk band No Tide released their “Winter Acoustics” EP for free download. You stream can their whole EP here, and if you like it, you can download it for free from their BandCamp.

Lead singer and guitarist Will Conner released these statements via their BandCamp page:

“We wanted to put something new out that would be fun and free for our fans to enjoy”, says lead singer and guitarist Will Conner. “We also wanted to show our versatility with an acoustic EP and show our fans a softer side of No Tide”. No Tide will be recording a new record in the spring of 2013, but until then they gave us a taste of their new material with the song “Hang Your Head”. You can definitely hear a bit of Saves The Day in the new song as well, which when also asked why they chose to cover “At Your Funeral” Conner mentions that, “ ‘Stay What Your Are’ is one of my favorite Saves The Day albums, and this song was definitely a favorite of ours. The whole band enjoys it and it was fun to play and sing.”
