Phinius Gage announce first shows since reformation

Recently reformed Brighton, UK double-speed skate punks Phinius Gage are to play their first shows since getting back together, starting this Friday (20th July) in Stafford, England. Details of shows are below.

Disconnect Disconnect Records recently released “Battered & Bruised: The Best Of Phinius Gage”. The band’s last studio album was 2007’s “Seek Out Your Foes“.



Mephiskapheles announce US tour

Satan’s favorite ska punk band Mephiskapheles are embarking on a massive tour of the US that takes them through the end of the year. This tour sees them share the stage with Streetlight Manifesto on about half the dates.

Mephiskapheles last released their self-titled album in 2015.

Due to popular demand Brian Fallon adds more UK tour dates

With shows in Newcastle, Edinburgh, Manchester, London and Brighton now sold out, Brian Fallon has announced additional dates for his UK tour. Second shows have been added in both London and Manchester.

Craig Finn of the Hold Steady, who is co-headlining the US tour, has been announced as the main support for all the UK dates.

Kill Lincoln (Ska, DC) End Hiatus With a Load of Release News

DC ska punks Kill Lincoln are back in action after a brief hiatus. They’ve just announced pre-sales for the vinyl pressing of their 2015 EP, Good Riddance to Good Advice. The release will be combined with single “Second Cities” which has a collection of live tracks on the B Side. 

The band has also announced that the pressing will be on their newly formed label Bad Time Records which will focus exclusively on ska and punk releases. 

In addition to all of the above, Kill Lincoln will be on tour this August with the New Orleans ska punk outfit Joystick, hitting the East Coast and Midwest from August 10-18.

The Attack (Punk, FL) Stream Single “Bad Guy” and Tour the UK

Florida-based punks The Attack are streaming their new single “Bad Guy”. The tune appears on their upcoming split with UK punk band No Thrills.

The release of “Bad Guy” comes just ahead of the band’s latest visit to the UK which will see the quartet take the road with punk-rock-legends The Queers through late July and August. The run of shows will include a performance at Blackpool’s Rebellion Festival.

Thrice announce tour dates and release date for new album “Palms”

West coast post-hardcore band Thrice has announced the release date of their new album. Palms, the follow up to the 2016 LP To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere, will be released on September 14. It is the first album they will be releasing with Epitaph Records.

Lucero release video for “For the Lonely Ones” and announce tour dates

Folk-punk outfit Lucero recently shared a video for the song “For the Lonely Ones.” The song comes from the upcoming LP Among the Ghosts scheduled to be released August 3 via their own Liberty & Lament label.

The band has also announced some dates for a tour that has them traveling nearly to the end of the year.

Brighton’s The Bar Stool Preachers have released a video for their tune “Warchief” off their upcoming album Grazie Governo due out August 3rd. The video is said to be the first in a trilogy of videos they will be releasing from the new album.
