Simple Creatures (blink-182/All Time Low members) announce first tour dates

Simple Creatures, the new project from Mark Hoppus of blink-182 and Alex Gaskarth of All Time Low have announced their first live dates. The pair will be playing four dates in the US and one in the UK (which can be found above).

Their debut EP ‘Strange Love’ was produced by Zakk Cervini who came up working with John Feldmann and is now in high demand. In case you have not heard either of the singles released so far, the video for the title track (arguably more ‘punk’ sounding than the first single) is streaming below.



Chaser (Dying Scene Records) announces European Tour

Buckle up, punk fans, Southern California skate-punk act Chaser are taking Europe by storm the Spring/Summer! Thanks to the tremendous work of Merit-Based Booking and Management you’ll be able to catch the guys at festivals like Groezrock in Belgium, SBAM in Austria, Polite Riot in London, and Jera On Air in Netherlands with a smattering of gigs across the continent in between. Chaser’s new album “Sound The Sirens” was released digitally through Dying Scene Records and physically through Effervescence Records on July 20th, 2018. Stream/purchase the digital release on bandcamp, Spotify, iTunes and pick up the vinyl/CD through Effervescence Records.



Nervus (Punk, UK) announce UK tour with Koji and Fresh, and release “Live At Broadfields”

Nervus have announced a string of UK headline dates this June with Koji and Fresh. The band are also celebrating a year since the release of their debut album “Everything Dies” with the release of a selection of live tracks from their first two albums as “Live At Broadfields”.  The tracks were recorded at Broadfields Studio in Watford, by Thomas Mitchener, then mixed and mastered at The Ranch Production House this January. Sum 41 announce “No Personal Space Tour” dates

Canadian pop-punk legends Sum 41 have announced dates for a U.S. tour called the “No Personal Space Tour”, which will kick off next month in Salt Lake City and wrap up in May in Chicago. The dates and locations are at the bottom.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow (March 15th) and you can get ’em on the band’s official website.

Sum 41’s latest album 13 Voices was released in October, 2016 through Hopeless Records. They are reportedly working on a follow-up album that is due for release this year.



Houston and the Dirty Rats embark on “100 shows in 100 days” tour

DIY New Jersey punx, Houston and the Dirty Rats have embarked on their “The Dirty 100” tour, featuring the greatest front man to ever wear shiny shoes, James Brown. It’s an impressive feat. The tour is already underway, so be sure and check below to see if they’ll be making their way through your town. All dates are listed, but I’ve included a flier detailing the band’s March shows, so there’s no need to bust out the magnifying glass. 



Down By Law announce new record and shows

SoCal melodic-punk veterans Down By Law have announced that they will be releasing a new album. Redoubt will be released March 22nd through Pine Hill Records. The new EP will feature the classic Down By Law sound as well as few new tricks pulled out of the guitar case and features vibrant artwork by Austrian artist Stefan Beham.

In addition to the new album (Canadians bust out the Down By Law shirts and buttons) Down By Law has announced a handful of Canadian shows to celebrate.

Black Flag announce UK run, working on new album

Black Flag have announced a set of autumn UK shows with support from Total Chaos.

The band are currently in the studio recording material for their upcoming eighth studio album. The last studio album they released was ‘What the….’ in 2013.

Black Flag begin their UK tour at London’s Electric Ballroom on October 7th and finish in Manchester on October 13th.

Canadian punk rockers The Lucky Ones have released a new DVD featuring a full performance of their record release party in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, 4 music videos, and 4 acoustic performances 97.7 HTZ-FM.

Mike Herrera (MxPx) shares acoustic cover of Millencolin’s “No Cigar”

Mike Herrera, frontman of MxPx, has shared an acoustic cover of Millencolin‘s classic ‘No Cigar’. This is ahead of Mike heading to Australia to tour with Millencolin next month. Goldfinger will be opening for the entire run. That’s right, Mike has been playing bass with Goldfinger as well for a few years now.

Hot of the release of a split record, Brazil’s 69 Enfermos and California’s Symphony of Distraction have announced that they will hit the road together in South America. The two bands will embark on a total of four dates in Brazil this March in support of They Came From Faster Space, which came out at the end of last year.
