Florida’s folk-punk act Fake Problems recently performed a 4-song acoustic session in Birmingham, Alabama dubbed the “Nervous Energies Sessions.” Frontman Chris Farren performed “The Magazine,” “There Are Times,” and “Ghost To Coast” solo, while “ADT” was performed full-band. Florida folk-punkers, Fake Problems, have been releasing a lot of new tunes/b-sides lately and, today, they’ve treated their fans to a stream of their entire LP, Real Ghosts Caught On Tape.  Released yesterday on SideOneDummy Records, the stream can be heard at AOL Spinner.

Fake Problems are currently on a tour with The Gaslight Anthem which wraps up in a couple of weeks and then return to Florida for a few more shows.  Check here for the dates.

Wow, talk about an amazing cover. Frank Turner recently covered the song ADT by “friends of his, and one of his favorite bands, Fake Problems“…it pretty much rocks. You can check it out here.

The song is the lead track off their upcoming album “Real Ghosts Caught On Tape” which is scheduled to be released September 21st through SideOneDummy Records. It is the follow-up to their 2009 release It’s Great to be Alive.
