Trashed Ambulance to release new EP on Thousand Islands Records

Alberta’s Trashed Ambulance (ft. members of Loser Points and Chimp Change) has announced the release of a new EP via Thousand Islands Records. The new offering will serve as a follow up to the quartet’s debut album, “Blurry Thougths”, and be available via all digital platforms as well as on CD.

More details will soon be available.

Quebecois metal/punk band Colorsfade is streaming a new song off their upcoming album “Scream In Silence”, which is due out next week.

Still Insane sign to Thousand Island Records, announce new EP

French-Canadian skate punk act Still Insane have announced that they have signed to Thousand Islands Records.  The band is planning to release a new EP called The Split in spring 2017.

The Split will be Still Insane’s first release in 5 years, when they released their debut album Never An Off, which you can listen to on their bandcamp.



Thousand Islands Records welcomes hardcore punk act Exhibition

Thousand Islands Records has announced the signing of hardcore punk outfit, Exhibition. The foursome from Quebec City, Canada is getting ready to enter studio and begin work on a new EP, to be released next year through their new label-home.

Here’s what drummer Jo Thivierge stated:

“We’re stoked to join Thousand Islands Records for the release of our upcoming EP! You’ll get a much faster album than our previous releases while keeping our hardcore roots well defined. Can’t wait for all of you guys to hear what we have in store and meet you all at one of our shows!”

Exhibition’s most recent album, Never Again, was self-released in 2014 and can be streamed in full on Bandcamp.

Thousand Islands Records releases 22-track compliation

Montreal’s Thousand Islands Records has teamed up with a local radio show to release the “Ca Tire!” comp, which features 22 songs from Canadian and European bands such as Colorsfade, Dutch Nuggets, Down Memory Lane, The Greatest Sons, Ces Gens-La, and Set It Back.

Canadian punk act No Real Hero have signed to Montreal based DIY label Thousand Island Records.  The band is currently working on the first release for their new label, which is due out later this year.

Thousand Islands Records has just announced its third signing in Colorsfade. The metallized punk rock band from Gatineau, Quebec will be releasing a new EP this year. The album will serve as a follow up to their debut release “State Of Mind” that came out in November 2015.

No End In Sight to release new LP on Thousand Islands Records, stream clips of new songs

Montreal melodic punk rockers No End In Sight have announced that they’ve signed to recently founded DIY label, Thousand Islands Records. The label will be releasing the band’s upcoming LP later this year. In the meantime, the quartet has unveiled not one but two teaser clips of new songs called “Alien” and “The Briefest Moments”.
