Seaway announce “American Vacation” tour

Canadian pop-punk band Seaway, who released their “Vacation” album last month through Pure Noise Records, have announced their “American Vacation” tour to promote the album, running through from late January to early March.

True View was released on October 13h via Pure Noise Records and is their sixth studio album. The album follows the band’s last EP titled Better Ash Than Dust, which was released on September 23rd, 2016.

Counterparts release video for “Swim Beneath My Skin”

Canadian hardcore act Counterparts have released a video for “Swim Beneath My Skin”: you can check out the video (and upcoming tour dates) below. This follows the release of their most recent album “You’re Not You Anymore”.

Counterparts vocalist Brendan Murphy, said this about their new song: “Swim Beneath My Skin” is a song about how we allow ourselves to be so vulnerable it feels like another human being is literally making their way through your body. It’s often terrifying but for me, it’s necessary.” 

Counterparts stream new track “Haunt Me”, announce North America tour dates

Canadian hardcore outfit Counterparts are now streaming their new track, “Haunt Me.” The track is straight off of their new album You’re Not You Anymore which is due out on September 22 via Pure Noise Records.

The four piece have also announced that they’ll be touring with Architects and Stick to Your Guns through February and March of 2018.

The Story So Far release new single “Out Of It”, proceeds going to charity

California pop-punks The Story So Far just released a new single titled “Out Of It”, and you can check it out below. The track will be getting a limited 7″ release in November, with all proceeds going to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation. Pre-orders have already sold out.

Guitarist Will Levy had this to say about the band’s decision to contribute to a charitable cause:

“We want to help contribute to The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation because we want people to know that there is hope and that you don’t have to go it alone. From addiction to anxiety to eating disorders, or schizophrenia, we believe there is a way to help with these illnesses. We personally struggle with some of these illnesses everyday and we want to help each other out. Please reach out to a loved one, speak up and don’t be afraid to be honest about what’s happening. To learn more…”

The band’s currently working on a new album that is expected to release in 2018. They will be touring the US with Turnstile and Drug Church later this year (dates below).

Today marks the release of Four Year Strong‘s new compilation album Some Of You Will Like This, Some Of You Won’t. The record is a collection of “rarities, unheard originals, unplugged classics and reimagined favorites”. If you have Spotify, you can give it a listen here.

The band last released their self-titled album in 2015. They are currently touring the US in honor of their sophomore album Rise or Die Trying‘s 10th anniversary.
