Since there aren’t too many records coming out this week, we’ve decided to give you two Cover Art Battles for the price of one by including releases from next week. What a deal!

This week (July 9th) on features new releases from Letlive. and Like Moths To Flames.

Next week (July 16th), which still only has a handful of releases to choose from, features albums from Big D and the Kids Table, Defeater, and Worthwhile.

Cover Art Battle Winner (June 25th): Transplants

Congratulations are in order for Transplants, whose new album “In A Warzone” won last week’s Cover Art Battle, which also featured Mixtapes, Middle Class Rut, The Infested, and August Burns Red, with an astounding 52 percent of the vote!

Due to the lack of releases coming out this week, there will be no Cover Art Battle for July 2nd. Fret not, though, because we’ll be back next week with a Cover Art Battle for releases coming out on both the 9th and 16th of July.

Remember when we used to do Cover Art Battles every week? Well, after going on a long hiatus, they’re making a triumphant return! This week we’ve got new releases from Transplants, Middle Class Rut, Mixtapes, The Infested, and August Burns Red.

Click here to check out all of the artwork, and vote for your favorite cover in that fancy poll below. Remember: only one band will reign supreme. Unless there’s a tie. In that case, they’ll have to suck it up and take turns with the trophy.

Black Hole Records to release Vol. 4 in their “Cashing In On Christmas” series

Join together with The Gonads, Guitar Gangsters, Toughskins, The Authority, Splodgenessabounds, Broken Heroes, Dog Company, Hateful, Mad Pigs, Plan of Attack, Jenny Woo, Blessed Muthas, Dirty Shirleys, The Flyswatters, Explosive Head and The Missile Toads to celebrate the Mirth and Merriment of the Christmas Season with these great Holiday performances!

This LP comes in a full color gatefold jacket, has a red vinyl A-Side and a green vinyl B-Side, and includes a bonus CD version of the album so you can listen to it in your sleigh!

The compilation will be released in early December and will be available on Interpunk as well as through the bands, the label’s Facebook page, and the Black Hole website.

Two Cover Art Battles for the price of one for you this week. We were a little slow on the uptake last week due to the mid-week holiday here in the US, so we’re bringing you two different cover art battles in the same post this week.

Last week (July 17th) featured new releases from Enabler, For The Fallen Dreams, Heartcakeparty, Let Me Run, Pedals On Or Pirate Ships, Pierce The Veil, The Drowning Men and Verse.

This week (July 24th) is much smaller, with only The Gaslight Anthem and Forever Came Calling to choose from.
