Veara and Bad Luck announce holiday shows

Georgia pop-punk act Veara and Daytona Beach’s Bad Luck will be ringing in the holiday season with a short run of shows on the east coast in early December. Details on when and where you’ll be able to catch ’em can be found below.

Veara last released Growing Up Is Killing Me in 2013 through Epitaph Records. Bad Luck re-released their album debut album Cold Bones on July 15th through Tragic Hero Records.

A Loss For Words announce “The Kids Can’t Lose” 5th Anniversary Tour

Boston (well, Abington, but close enough) pop-punk band A Loss For Words have announced details for their tour celebrating the fifth anniversary of their debut album, “The Kids Can’t Lose.”

The jaunt kicks off in South Weymouth, MA, on March 28th and finishes in Holyoke, MA on April 13th, but not before making stops as far away as Ohio and Florida. Veara, City Lights, Moms and PVRIS will serve as support acts. The full itinerary can be seen below.

A Loss For Words released “The Kids Can’t Lose” in 2009 (obviously) and released their most recent album, “Before It Caves,” last  October 8th via Velocity Records and Rise Records.

Major League announce winter tour w/ Veara & Stickup Kid

California pop-punk act Major League have announced that, after wrapping up their current North American tour, they will be hitting the road for some east coast tour dates with Veara and Stickup Kid in the winter!

Major League released their latest album “Hard Feelings” last November through No Sleep Records, Veara’s new record “Growing Up Is Killing Me” came out on September 24th via Epitaph Records, and Stickup Kid’s latest release “Future Fire” dropped on July 9th via Adeline Records.

Veara streaming title track off upcoming album “Growing Up Is Killing Me” (featuring Dan ‘Soupy’ Campbell of The Wonder Years)

Georgia-based pop punk band, Veara, are streaming the title-track of their new album, “Growing Up Is Killing Me.” The song features guest vocals by Dan ‘Soupy’ Campbell of The Wonder Years.

Veara reveal name of new album

Veara have set Growing Up Is Killing Me as the title of their anticipated new album, which is supposed to be out in the middle of this year and was produced by Dan Korneff, whose production credits include Four Year Strong and Pierce the Veil. More details in regards to the new record are expected to come in the following weeks.

Veara cover Jawbreaker’s “Chesterfield King”

Bradley Wyrosdick, frontman of Georgia-based pop punk band Veara, has posted an acoustic video of him covering Jawbreaker’s “Chesterfield King”. The song originally appeared on Jawbreaker’s 1992 album Bivouac. You can watch the video right here.

Veara begin mixing new album

Veara have announced that they are now in the process of mixing their new album, which they began recording a month-and-a-half ago. They state:

“Yo Everyone! Our New Record is currently in the process of being mixed! We couldn’t be more stoked on how this Record is turning out, Everything sounds so AMAZING! GET READY!!!”

Veara don’t have a release date for their follow-up to their 2010 debut album What We Left Behind, but it’s expected to be released early next year on Epitaph Records.



Veara recording new album

Georgia-based pop punk band Veara have just announced that they are well on their way to completing their sophomore full-length release.  They posted the following on their facebook:

“We are currently in the Studio recording our New Record with Producer Dan Korneff (Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Pierce The Veil) at “House Of Loud” Studios in New Jersey. Production started in July and things are Sounding INSANE! This record is turning out so sick and we can’t wait for you all to hear what we’re working on!! Follow us on Instagram for studio pics. Username: Vearaofficial. So stoked on this New Record!!!”

The new album will be realeased on Epitaph Records in 2013.

This is sort of confusing since nearly a year ago the band announced they were heading into the studio to record the follow up to 2010’s “What We Left Behind” with Andrew Wade and Jeremy McKinnon of A Day To Remember producing.  Guess things got derailed for a bit.
