City Mouse and Murderburgers stream new split EP

Pop punk act City Mouse and and Scottish punk act Murderburgers are now streaming their new split EP off of Brassneck Records.

The new split features two tracks from each outfit. City Mouse last released “Get Right” in September of 2017, and Murderburgers last released “Shitty People and Toothache” earlier this year in August.

Scottish punks The Murderburgers are now streaming their brand spankin’ new EP (by brand new we really mean it was released last week) “Shitty People and Toothache.”

The four song EP was released by Brassneck Records in the UK and Asian Man in the US. You can also buy the vinyls from each label in orange and green from each label respectively.

Maybe it’s the 90°+ humidity, but I am absolutely slathered in moisture to bring you this premiere.

“Feeling Strangely Fucked” is second track off The Murderburgers‘ upcoming EP, “Shitty People and Toothache.” The four song EP is being released by Brassneck Records in the UK and Asian Man in the US and will be out July 27th.

You can buy the record in orange from Brassneck and green from Asian Man.

The first track, “Turning 29 Was a Mistake,” was premiered back in May.

The Murderburgers announced new EP, premiere new song “Turning 29 Was a Mistake”

Like all fine things from Scotland, The Murderburgers taste a bit peaty and burn just right on the way down.

They’ve announced a new EP, “Shitty People & Toothache,” to be released July 27th on Asian Man Records (preorder here) in the US and Brassneck in the UK (fancy UK preorders here).

Scottish pop-punks The Murderburgers stopped off at Live! From The Rock Room whilst on their US tour and performed three songs, you can watch them below. The band played “Now That You’re Not #21” “Now That I’m Stuck at #27” and “The Waves”.

DS Staff Picks: Midwest Punk’s Top 10 Albums of 2016

There’s been a lot of talk about how shitty 2016 has been, but I don’t get it at all. It was a pretty damn good year for me for the most part, and I think 2016 was an excellent year in music. I was lazy and late in 2015, so I didn’t get a list up, so I figured I better get it done this year. Three or four of my top five bands (depending on where my top five sits on any given day) released new albums this year, and one of them didn’t even make the list, because the year in punk music was just that good.

Manchester Punk Festival (UK) announce Clowns, Black Star Dub Collective and The Murderburgers (among others)

Manchester’s now annual gathering of punk rockers has announced yet more bands for their April, 2017 edition. The Manchester Punk Festival lineup now features the likes of Clowns, Black Star Dub Collective, The Murderburgers, Thee Infidels and The Human Project.
