Brakrock Ecofest (Belgium) Announce New Headliners and More for this Summer

Belgium’s environmentally-conscious punk rock extravaganza, Brakrock Ecofest, has just announced two new headliners for its summer 2019 edition. Joining the bill will be Masked Intruder who will have just released their latest full-length album III, and all-round legends of the scene Pulley. Also included in the line up is Catalan skate punk unit Blowfuse.

Unfortunately, Brakrock has had to announce recently that California speed merchants Pour Habit will no longer be performing due to the band parting ways.

The festival has yet more bands to reveal and this will be happening on May 1st.

You can find out everything you need to know about the 2019 edition of Brakrock Ecofest at the official website where there are also the beginnings of day splits.

After the shows at the Fremont Country Club, I staggered back to the ol Golden Nugget to settle down for another couple of hours of drinking and talking shit with fellow punks. I love the trend towards facial hair that has arisen in the scene over the years (gallery coming soon!).

Anyway, it wasn’t until after 6am that I finally dragged my ass to bed. As you can imagine, by the time I made it to the festival grounds Sunday afternoon, three bands had already performed (Surrounded By Thieves, Piss and Blood, and Sean and Zander).

I got inside in time to see the tail end of Pour Habit‘s set, shots of which you can check out here.
