Bangers (pop-punk) stream final 7″ “Last Songs”

UK punk rockers Bangers are calling it quits after being together for over 6 years. But they are not leaving their fans empty handed! The group has released one last 7″ (2 tracks), appropriately titled, Last Songs. You can listen to it below.

They will be releasing this 7″ on vinyl in August, with the band playing their last show on August 20th in London. You can check that out here.

Last Songs is the final release from the band, it serves as a follow-up to their 2015 full-length Bird. 

Manchester Punk Festival announces more bands

Manchester Punk Festival has announced some more bands for the 2016 lineup including Bangers, The Cut-Ups, Great Cynics, Revenge of the Psychotronic Man, Jake and the Jellyfish, Black Volvo, Matilda’s Scoundrels, Darko, Laughing In The Face Of, and Lineout.

The sophomore edition of Manchester Punk Festival is set for April 22nd and 23rd at Sound Control, along with other venues around Manchester.  You can see the full lineup, get tickets, and find any other information you might need by going to the MPF website here.

Bangers streaming entire new album – ‘Bird’

UK punk trio Bangers are now streaming their new album, Bird, in its entirety. Give it a listen over here.

Ricord Collective releases punk compilation “RE:MIND Vol 2” for charity, stream it now

Ripcord, a Scotland based collective, has put out the second volume in their charity compilation series and it features some pretty solid punk acts.  It’s a great excuse to discover a few new punk bands and give to a good cause.

Pale Angels & DOE both have forthcoming releases on Specialist Subject Records. Pale Angels – Strange Powers 7″ is out 18th August and DOE have a collection LP of all their early EPs coming right in time for these tour dates.
