Ghetto Blaster break up, members form Big Brother and join Panama Red

Toronto skacore act Ghetto Blaster, who some of you may recognize as one of the bands featured on Dying Scene Records’ “Skaface: Evolution” compilation, have unfortunately announced their disbandment.  Fortunately, their members have gone on to other projects.  3 of them have gone on to form skacore band Big Brother and have already put out 2 EPs, while Crowley, Ghetto Blaster’s singer, has joined punk/reggae/hip-hop act Panama Red as their new vocalist.  Panama Red just started recording a new EP (being recorded by Justin Zoltek, of illScarlett) and plan to have a single released before Crowley’s debut show on April 5th in Toronto.

We’ll keep you posted with any developments on either band.
