After nearly seventeen years, NYC skacore innovators, Choking Victim have returned for a Reunion Tour in select cities across the US. Since our West Coast staffer, AnarchoPunk is legally prohibited from entering Orange County, we couldn’t send him to the show in Santa Ana. Instead, he was awarded a no-expense paid trip to the Mile High City to catch the legendary trio’s performance at The Gothic Theatre. Check out his review and photo gallery below!

Allout Helter recording new album

According to recent activity on their Instagram page, Denver punks Allout Helter are currently recording a new album. The record is being produced by A Wilhelm Scream guitarist Trevor Reilly, and it will be released through Bird Attack Records.

Allout Helter last released an EP titled Ruins in 2015. We’ll let you know when more details are revealed on their new album, which will serve as the follow-up to 2013’s Sinking, We Regress.

88 Fingers Louie announce 3 Florida shows

88 Fingers Louie have teamed up with Bird Attack Records to book three shows in Florida this spring. Joining the band for these shows will be Allout Helter and Flag on Fire. More info can be found below.

88 Fingers Louie last released a live CD/DVD titled 88 Fingers Louie LIVES back in 2009 and their last full-length Back On The Streets in 1998.

Denver’s melodic punk band Allout Helter have released the follow-up to their 2013 debut album, Sinking, We Regress.  The new 6-track EP called Ruins is currently only available digitally (and you can pick it up here), but the band anticipates a vinyl issue in the near future.
