Fat Wreck Chords has just welcomed NYHC legends Sick Of It All back to the FAT family! On November 2nd, they’ll join forces with Century Media to release their latest opus, Wake The Sleeping Dragon! Fat will be handling the CD and LP in the US, as well as the vinyl in Canada.

SOIA once again teamed up with producer Jerry Farley (Lamb of God/Every Time I Die) and if you missed the premiere of the lead single, “Inner Vision,” check it out here.

Sick Of It All to release new album “Wake The Sleeping Dragon!”

NYHC legends Sick Of It All have announced that their 12th studio album, “Wake The Sleeping Dragon!”, is to be released on November 2nd. The band have previewed the album artwork, which you can see below. No advance tracks have surfaced yet, but as soon as they do, you’ll be the first to know…

This will be the band’s first new release since 2016’s EP “When The Smoke Clears”. 



Sick of It All and Walls of Jericho Announced for Next Year’s “EMP Persistence Tour”

NYHC legends Sick of It All have been announced as the headliner for next year’s edition of the “EMP Persistence Tour”. Walls of Jericho are also on the bill with more acts yet to be revealed. Meanwhile, you can check out the tour’s dates and locations below.

Sick of It All have been in the studio since last March, working on their first full-length record since 2014’s The Last Act of Defiance; they last released the EP When the Smoke Clears in 2016. Walls of Jericho’s latest album, No One Can Save You from Yourself, was also released that year.



Jera On Air 2018 Festival announce dates and lineup

The 2018 edition of the Jera On Air Festival will be taking place June 28th-30th in Ysselstyn (LB), the Netherlands.  The festival is set to include bands such as NOFX, Sick Of It All, Anti-Flag, Red City Radio, Less Than Jake, A Wilhelm Scream, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, and many more.  You can check out the full lineup below.

Sick Of It All announce southwest US tour with Murphy’s Law

NY hardcore legends Sick Of It All will be touring the southwest and west coast late spring, starting in Denver on May 31st. They’ll be joined by Murphy’s Law. Here’s the full schedule:

Sick Of It All working on new studio album

Get pumped hardcore fans, NY hardcore legends Sick Of It All have announced that they are actively working on their 12th(!) studio album. Specifically, they state in an instagram post:

“We’re all together and working on the new album! Look out for more updates coming soon!”

This will be the band’s first new release since 2016’s EP “When The Smoke Clears”. We’ll keep you posted as more details are released.

Hardcore legends Sick Of It All have announced they will be heading out on a tour through Asia at the end of the year. You can find the tour dates and locations below.

Sick Of It All is set to play Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, and a full 5 dates in Japan along the way.



Lineup announced for 2017 Vans Warped Tour Presented By Journeys (Anti-Flag, Sick Of It All, Bad Cop/Bad Cop and more)

As you can tell from the minuscule print in the picture posted to the left of these very words, the lineup has been announced for the 2017 installment of the annual Vans Warped Tour Presented By Journeys. While perhaps not entirely as enjoyable to Dying Scene readers as last year’s edition of the Vans Warped Tour Presented By Journeys was, there are still a handful of kick-ass bands playing.

The lineup, which you may have seen a leaked version of floating around in recent days, includes Anti-Flag, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, The Adolescents, Big D and the Kids Table, CKY, GWAR, Goldfinger, Hatebreed, Sick Of It All, TSOL, Strung Out, Suicide Machines, Street Dogs, and a bunch more. They aren’t all playing each day, obviously, so head here for info on your local stop!



Sick of It All announce shows with Murphy’s Law

This coming February, hardcore legends Sick of It All will be playing shows in Atlanta, Florida and Texas with fellow New Yorkers Murphy’s Law. The dates and locations are below.

Sick of It All, who are celebrating their 30th anniversary, released a new EP last Friday, titled When the Smoke Clears. Rumor has it that Murphy’s Law have a new album in the works, which will be their first since 2001’s The Party’s Over.

Hardcore legends Sick Of It All have announced plans to release their new EP “When The Smoke Clears” on November, 4th, 2016. Released via Century Media, physical copies of the five track record will contain a sixty page photo album, featuring pictures spanning the band’s lengthy career in the hardcore scene. Sick of It All announce 30th anniversary tour dates

New York hardcore legends Sick of It All will spend the rest of this year on tour celebrating their 30th anniversary. Starting next Thursday (October 13th), they will tour Europe with Wisdom in Chains and Crowned Kings, and then play three shows in New York in December. The dates and locations are below.

To coincide with the 30th anniversary tour, Sick of It All will release a five-song EP on November 4th, titled When the Smoke Clears. Their recent full-length studio album, The Last Act of Defiance, was released in 2014.



Punk Rock Holiday 1.7 Completely Sold Out plus 2016 Festival Review – Punk Rock Holiday 1.6: A Retrospective

So, last week tickets for next year’s Punk Rock Holiday completely sold out. It took less than twenty-four hours for the five thousand tickets to get snapped up, a response far greater than any previous year. This is quite astonishing when you consider that not a single band has even been announced for the 2017 edition. If you missed out on a ticket, there is still some hope as there are rumors that the Beach Stage bands will be selling tickets again this year. There will also be a resale later in the year for people who panic-bought tickets on release day and found out they can’t make it after all. For the best chance to get yourself a ticket, keep following the festival Facebook page and add as many of the bands from the Beach Stage lineup to your social media streams.
