Energy (melodic punk) release new video for song “A Prayer for Rain”, announce UK summer tour with Miss Vincent

Boston punks Energy have released a video for their new single “A Prayer for Rain”. The new single is the follow up to “Witching Hour” released earlier this year. The video was released as a celebration of their announcement that they will embark on a summer headlining tour through the UK. Miss Vincent (melodic punk) will provide support for the tour which begins July 29 in Manchester.

Miss Vincent (pop punk) release video for their version of ‘Lonely This Christmas’


Guildford (UK) based pop punkers Miss Vincent are have released a video for their cover of Mud’s 1974 classic ‘Lonely This Christmas’. The band put out the track which premiered on Kerrang last Saturday and plan on donating the proceeds to the charity Phyllis Tuckwell, which cares for the terminally ill.

This video is a collection of everything we’ve been doing over the past year or so and it gives a real insight into us as a band. From being on the road and playing all over the UK, to writing and recording our new EP, and everything in between.

On the video, vocalist and guitarist Alex Marshall commented:

The video ties in pretty well with the lyrics. It’s kinda reflecting on that feeling of chasing shadows and searching for things that seem in your grasp one minute, but the next you’re wondering if they even exist. It came from a place where I was really struggling to understand what the hell I was doing with myself, that kind of feeling where you start to wonder whether life deliberately waits until things are looking up to bite you in the ass.
