The band plans to enter the studio in late April to record a new EP and their latest EP, Lighten Up, Burn It Down, was released in September of last year.



Music Video: Pulling Punches – “Bomb Psychology”

Philadelphia-based melodic hardcore band Pulling Punches have just released the music video for their track “Bomb Psychology” and you can check it out below.

On the video, the group commented:

We decided to shoot the video in a style that isn’t done much anymore as a tribute to a lot of bands we grew up with. The live footage was somehow caught without any cameras getting destroyed. The archival footage is from WWII and an insane asylum… fits, no?

Their latest EP, Lighten Up, Burn It Down, was released in September. However, “Bomb Psychology” was taken off their March full-length Former Friends.

Upstart Fest 2014 adds four more bands

The 4th Annual Upstart Fest, also known as “The Northeast’s biggest Punk Rock Party,” have just announced the addition of four more bands to the lineup. Joining the tour will be Connecticut’s Two Fisted Law, Philadelphia’s Pulling Punches, Boston’s  Trophy Lungs, and Poor Lily from the Bronx, NY.

Pulling Punches streaming new album “Former Friends” in entirety

Philadelphia-based melodic hardcore band Pulling Punches have just released their debut full-length album, “Former Friends”, today, through Universal Warning Records.

A couple of weeks ago, the band released a new music video for a track from the new album, and today the band is making “Former Friends” available to stream in its entirety.
