Harker announce tour dates, release new music video

Brighton punks Harker have announced some summer tour dates with Austria’s Astpai.  To go along with this news, the band has also released a new music video for their song “Black Dog,” which comes from their debut album, No Discordance.

No Discordance was released on February 9th via Disconnect Disconnect Records.

Brighton punks Harker are streaming their debut album, “No Discordance”, which is out on February 9th via Disconnect Disconnect Records. Pre-orders for the vinyl, CD and cassette pressings are available via the band’s Bandcamp.

Harker release music video for “Plague Your Heart”

Brighton punks Harker have released a music video for their song “Plague Your Heart,” which comes from the bands’ upcoming album No Discordance, which is set to be released on February 9th via Disconnect Disconnect Records.  You can check it out below.

Harker stream new single “300 Cigarettes” ahead of album

Brighton punks Harker have signed up to Disconnect, Disconnect Records and are to release a new album, “No Discordance”, on the label on February 9th. 

Ahead of the album, the band have released a single, “300 Cigarettes”, on all the usual streaming platforms. You can have a listen to the track below – and see the band’s UK dates that are coming up.

Harker stream single “Hellion”

Brighton punks Harker are now streaming their new single, “Hellion” through Paper and Plastick Records. 

This track follows up to their last release of the Great Thieves Escape split from June 2016.

Harker (pop-punk) to re-release “A Lifetime Apart” EP, release music video for “Somewhere Better”

Indie punks Harker have revealed details of an extended version of their ‘A Lifetime Apart’ EP. Originally released in November 2015, this compilation-style reissue will feature four additional tracks and is set to be released this coming Friday (24/02/17) through Fixing A Hole records. You can pre-order it here.

The expanded collection of songs features the original four tracks on their ‘A Lifetime Apart’ EP together with specially selected material from their other earlier releases including ‘The Great Thieves Escape’, ‘Gasping for Air’ and their debut EP ‘Hours’.

Commenting on the reissue of ‘A Lifetime Apart’, Mark Boniface (guitar/vocals) said:

“As we are beginning work on our first full-length, we felt like an EP which compiles our early material would be a great opportunity to introduce people to our band who might not know about or roots. We’re delighted to be able to work together with Fixing A Hole to release this compilation and we want to dedicate it to everyone who has helped us in the past two years”.

The EP features a recolouring of the original artwork and has appearances from Nate Davenport (Bad Ideas), Luke Ellis (Muncie Girls) & Kelly Kemp (The Hippaes).

To celebrate the news, Harker have shared a music video for ‘Somewhere Better’, one of the bands first ever songs, re-recorded specially for the EP. The video documents their October 2016 tour as they travel through Belgium and Germany playing shows with European punk bands The Deadnotes and Casually Dressed. Watch it below.


Walk The Plank, No Fun, Such Gold, Harker streaming split EP – ‘Great Thieves Escape’

No Panic! Records and Flix Records are now streaming the latest split in their collaborative Great Thieves Escape series. The newest four-way EP features Brighton punk/rock band Harker, German garage/punk group No Fun, New York melodic hardcore band Such Gold, and DC hardcore punks Walk The Plank. Listen to the split for yourself below.

The labels officially released the EP last week (May 27th). You can but a copy on vinyl right here (Flix) or here (NO PANIC!).

Harker stream cover of Tegan and Sara’s “100x”

Brighton punk/rock group Harker have released a cover of Tegan and Sara’s latest single, “100x.”  The song will appear on Tegan and Sara’s upcoming album, Love You to Death, while Harker’s cover just seems like it was done for online fun. Brighton punk/rock group Harker are streaming their new EP “A Lifetime Apart” in its entirety through Bandcamp. In addition to streaming the EP, they’ve announced some U.K. shows.

Music Video: Harker – “23”

Brighton punk/rock group Harker have a new EP due out this month; for now, you can check out a new music video for the lead single, “23” below.

The song is the first track off the upcoming A Lifetime Apart EP, which is due out later this month (November 30th) through Paper + Plastick Records and No Panic! Records. You can preorder a CD copy of the EP here.

Harker and Larkhill announce winter UK tour dates

Brighton punk rock band’s Harker and Larkhill have announced that they will be embarking on a tour of the UK together this coming November. The two bands will be accompanied by Manchester singer-songwriter Hearts & Arms for all the dates. Be sure to check out the dates and locations below.

Harker recently signed to Paper + Plastick Records and are streaming a brand new song. They will be releasing their upcoming EP Lifetime Apart on November 30th. Larkhill are currently in the studio recording new music.

The UK’s Harker have signed with Paper + Plastick Records. The band have also released a stream of a new song, “23,” which you can hear below.

“23” will appear on the band’s upcoming EP, A Lifetime Apart, which will be released on November 30, 2015  through their new label.

Lineup announced for first Might As Well Fest (Astpai, Going Away Party, Harker, and more)

The first ever Might As Well Fest is all set to take place on September 12th at The Macbeth in London.  The first wave of bands has been announced for the lineup, including Astpai, Break-Ups, Going Away Party, Harker, Hogwash, and Six Time Champion.
