FREE Music: Onward, Etc.’s “Son of Neptune”

South Dakota acoustic-punk act Onward, etc is offering a free download of the song “Son of Neptune,” which is the good news.  The lousy news is that Rosco Wuestewald is taking some much-needed time off from touring, and essentially putting himself on a bit of a hiatus.  The prolifically touring musician has decided to take the summer off, but he reassures fans that the project is “far from over.”

Show review: Skinny Lister plays Boston with Onward, Etc. and Barroom Heroes

Who wants to go to a show in Boston on a Monday night? A lot of people, apparently, if the bands playing are Skinny Lister, Onward, Etc., Barroom Heroes, and Alen of Dale. The sellout crowd at the Middle East in Cambridge was surprising, especially considering that Andrew Jackson Jihad was playing across town the same night. Nevertheless, the place was packed and these 4 bands were so deserving of it. What a great show!  Keep reading below.

South Dakota folk-punk act, Onward, etc are streaming a new song entitled “Crazy Horse” and you can check it out below.

The song will appear on the band’s upcoming album “Sonder,” which is due out on March 12th through DC-Jam Records.

Onward, etc sign to DC Jam Records, to record new album, announce U.S. tour

DC-Jam Records have signed South Dakota folk-punk act, Onward, etc. The band will  hit the studio in L.A. this fall to record a new full-length album.

Their U.S. tour kicks off next week.
