The Hollowpoints stream new album “Rocket To Rainier”

Seattle punks The Hollowpoints are streaming their new album, Rocket to Rainier in its entirety and you can give it a listen below. I loved these dudes’ last release and as I write this post its my first time listening to their new material. I’m 3 songs in and so far, so good! Street-punk fans should check this out.

The album was released today (October 2nd) 2nd via Sailors Grave Records and acts as a follow-up Old Haunts On The Horizon released in 2010 also on Sailor’s Grave.



The Hollowpoints premiere new song, “Sharkwolf”

Seattle punks The Hollowpoints have released the new track “Sharkwolf” off of their upcoming album, Rocket to Rainier.  You can check out the new song below, and pick it up when it is released on October 2nd via Sailors Grave Records.

Seattle punk rockers The Hollowpoints are getting ready to release a new album on October 2nd called Rocket To Rainier via Sailor’s Grave Records.  To get you ready for that release, the band is streaming a new song called “Cotton Fever,” which you can check out here.

The Business and Hollowpoints announce West Coast tour

English hooligan godfathers, The Business, are busy as usual with their relentless touring escapades. This time, Micky and the boys will be hitting the west coast of the U.S with their good mates, the blokes from The Hollowpoints. Check out the dates and locations here.

The Business will be supporting their most recent release, “Doing the Business”, while The Hollowpoints will be supporting their most recent, “Old Haunts On The Horizon”, bot released last May on Sailor’s Grave Records.



Dying Scene Interview: The Hollowpoints

Seattle is best known for coffee, rain, and flannel. But their newest export is punk rockers The Hollowpoints. The guys were on tour with The Business last month and I had a chance to catch up with them to get the dirt on the Seattle scene, roadside attractions, and their new album, Old Haunts On The Horizon – check it out here!

New Music: Sailor’s Grave Records post new tracks from The Hollowpoints and Angel City Outcasts

Always true-to-punk label Sailor’s Grave Records have just posted a couple of new songs from upcoming albums of some of their signed musicians. Head over to the label’s MySpace page to check out God Save Anna Nicole and Sidewinder from The Hollowpoints and Angel City Outcasts, respectively.

Both tracks will appear on the bands’ newest albums Old Haunts on the Horizon and Angel City Outcasts, which are set to hit stores May 11.

Hollowpoints announce new album “Old Haunts On The Horizon”, streaming 2 new tracks

hollowpoints-old-hauntson-the-horizonSeattle’s Hollowpoints will be releasing their new album Old Haunts On The Horizon May 11th, 2010 on Sailor’s Grave Records.  The cover art is <= there and the tracklisting is here.  To get a taste for the music you can listen to God Save Anna Nicole here, and Falling Up Stairs here (both tracks will appear on the new album).

Fans of street punk or Swingin’ Utters should definitely give these guys a listen.  In fact, Hollowpoints contributed one of the tracks (From The Observatory) to the recently released Swingin’ Utters tribute album – you can stream that song on the Hollowpoints MySpace page.

The Hollowpoints released their last full-length album, The Black Spot, in 2005.
