Bridge City Sessions debuts with live performances of Western Settings/ Gentlemen Prefer Blood

Newly minted YouTube channel Bridge City Sessions has posted some killer footage of SoCal melodic punks Western Settings and Gentlemen Prefer Blood.

The channel was formed by Portland’s Davey Death Ray, formerly of Absent Minds and Danger Death Ray and all around presence in the PDX punk scene. He had this to say on his new project:

“Bridge City Sessions is a relatively new project concocted by myself and a few fellow musician friends. Basically, it’s a YouTube show where we capture live, in-studio performances by musicians. The idea is that exposure for up-and-coming bands can be difficult to come by and we want to offer another platform for musicians to have their music heard. We strive for a professional presentation all around in order to allow the bands to be able to showcase their specific brand of boss tuneage.”

You can check out the video here and download the recorded tracks at bandcamp.
