UK ska-punks Spanner have announced plans to release a new album titled The Mivart Sessions through Rebel Time Records, Riot Ska Records, and Pumpkin Records. You can give a new track titled “Border Regime” a listen below.

The 12-song record will serve as a follow-up to Spanner’s 2014 split with Montreal punk band Action Sedition.

Montreal punks Action Sedition have released a music video for their track “Histoire D’un Printemps” and you can check it out below.

The song is off their July 1st split release “History Lessons” with UK ska-punk act Spanner. The video, and the song, are about student protests and student strikes that happened in Quebec in 2012, against a proposal to raise tuition fees.

The good folks at Rebel Time Records have announced an upcoming split 7-inch called “History Lessons.” It features two songs each from the militant UK ska punk likes of Spanner and the Montreal street-punk stylings of Action Sedition.

“History Lessons” is slated to hit the streets on July 1st, but you can pre-order it here now.
