Western Settings to tour with Dead To Me and DFMK this month

Western Settings will be playing a string of shows with Dead To Me in Arizona, California, and Nevada starting tomorrow. DFMK will join them for all but one date.

In April, Western Settings will be going on a European tour with Nothington.

Dead To Me announce SW US tour with Western Settings, DFMK

Dead To Me are gonna be roaming the West Coast this February, bringing pals Western Settings and DFMK along for your listening pleasure.

The tour will include a stop at the Awesome Fest in San Diego, along with club dates.

Dead To Me’s last release was their 2016 EP “I Want To Die In Los Angeles”, and the band plans to record a new album titled “American Son of Cholo” this February. Such busy little bees! Go check em out, have a good time and make some questionable decisions.

DFMK announce US tour dates

Tijuana punk act DFMK have announced some upcoming US tour dates.

DFMK last released the 7-song EP, 7 Canciones Sobre Un Individualismo Radical (7 Songs About Radical Individualism), which was a co-release between La Escalera Records, Get Better Records and Sex Sheet Records.



DFMK loses instruments, belongings in van fire

Just 2 weeks ago, we posted about DFMK‘s spring tour, and the Tijuana-based punk band now has some unfortunate news.  On March 28th, an oil leak caused their van to catch fire.  Thankfully, the band members and their friends travelling with them all made it out safely, but the van and all of the band’s instruments and gear went up in flames.

The band’s label, La Escalera Records, has launched a fundraising page for those who want to help DFMK get back on the road.  You can check it out here.
