Problem Daughter and Decent Criminal announce September shows

Up-and-coming punks Decent Criminal will be joining forces with Wiretap Records label mates Problem Daughter to play a handful of shows in September. In case you haven’t heard Decent Criminal happens to be the bird, and the word happens to be that they’re one of the hottest new acts on the punk scene. Problem Daughter meanwhile, is also considered a band to keep your eyes on.

DS Exclusive: Decent Criminal Premieres New Music Video for “Deviant” From Upcoming LP

Kudos to NorCal garage/surf punks Decent Criminal for the quick turnaround on new music. We were already jonesin’ for some fresh tunes from the phenomenal quartet and it hasn’t even been two full years since their debut LP (ed: you have dependency issues. get help)! The new, ten track album Bloom, (being released by Dodgeball Records) hits shelves on 10/13 and picks up right where the fantastic freshman album ended without missing a beat. To get you stoked for Friday, the boys sent over the debut music video from the album, exclusively for Dying Scene readers. Such thoughtful young men! Watch the video for “Deviant” below until your eyes bleed, then go to an optometrist…then after that, go get your preorder on and start the countdown! If the hooks don’t getcha, the harmonies certainly will!

Reno, Nevada punks Boss’ Daughter are hitting the road again and it seems Mr. Fox and Company are keeping pretty good company these days! Cleverly dubbed Febrewary Tour 2017, this road trip features stops with Fat Wreck Chords heavyweights Bad Cop / Bad Cop and Decent Criminal, as well as other stellar acts like Fall Silent and Gentlemen Prefer Blood along the way. Chris Fox Announces West Coast Winter Tour With John Underwood & Clint Westwood

When Chris Fox isn’t nailing sick kick jumps with Reno’s Vampirates he hits the road with one of his many other bands. If they’re all busy, he just grabs a few friends and splits town because it’s better than sitting at home in Reno in winter. Well, this coming January, he’s opting for the latter!  Mr. Fox, fellow Reno resident and one man band, John Underwood (of Dirty Kid Discount fame), and folk artist Clint Westwood are all packing up the van and heading down the coast on The Chris Foxwood West Coast Winter Tour (working title). Lucky fans around the Bay area will get a special treat when Brian Gellman from Decent Criminal joins the traveling troubadours for a few of their stops near his hometown of Santa Rosa. toyGuitar announce southwestern EP release shows with Decent Criminal

San Fransisco rockers toyGuitar have announced a small string of shows with Santa Rosa’s Decent Criminal. The band is scheduled to play 3 release shows in support of their upcoming EP, Move Like A Ghost. You can check out the full list of dates and locations below.

Move Like A Ghost is due out for release on September 2nd through Fat Wreck Chords. It will serve as a follow-up to their 2015 album, In This Mess. 

Decent Criminal announces tour of the US

Santa Rosa, CA’s Decent Criminal are heading out on a US tour this summer. Some shows will see the band play alongside Dwarves and The Queers, while other dates have not yet been confirmed. You can check out the dates below.
