Colorsfade (skate punk) share music video for “Obedience”

Canadian skate punks Colorsfade have released the music video for “Obedience”, one of the songs off of their 2018 debut LP In Real Time. “Obedience,” though firmly rooted in classic pop punk structures and rhythm, also features guitar riffs that border on speed metal at times. In Real Time was the band’s first release since signing to Thousand Island Records.

The video, which consists of Colorsfade’s last tour across Quebec, was filmed and edited by Julien Vallée. Check it out below.

Colorsfade (Skate Punk, Canada) Stream Latest Full-Length “In Real Time”

Quebec-based skate punk unit Colorsfade are allowing fans to stream their entire latest album. The record is titled In Real Time and features 11 rapid fire, super-melodic tracks. Thousand Islands Records are handling the admin duties for the release of the album. It’s the first new music from the group since their 2016 EP, Scream in Silence.

Thousand Islands Records releases 22-track compliation

Montreal’s Thousand Islands Records has teamed up with a local radio show to release the “Ca Tire!” comp, which features 22 songs from Canadian and European bands such as Colorsfade, Dutch Nuggets, Down Memory Lane, The Greatest Sons, Ces Gens-La, and Set It Back.

Colorsfade (metal influenced punk) sign to Thousand Island Records, offer debut for free download

Thousand Islands Records has just announced its third signing in Colorsfade. The metallized punk rock band from Gatineau, Quebec will be releasing a new EP this year. The album will serve as a follow up to their debut release “State Of Mind” that came out in November 2015.
