Radar State release lyric video for “Anywhere”

Kansas City’s Radar State (featuring Members of the The Get Up Kids and The Anniversary) have released a lyric video for their song “Anywhere,” which comes from their upcoming album, Strays, that is set to be released in January via Wiretap Records.

Radar State (pop punk) release new song/music video “Strays”

Kansas City’s Radar State, who were recently welcomed onto the Wiretap Records roster, premiered a brand new song /music video “Strays” over at Billboard this week. This spooky new video features Matt and Jim of the The Get Up Kids and Josh of The Anniversary. You can check it out below, right in time for Halloween!

Radar State will be releasing their “Strays” LP in January. This will be their first release since their self-titled, self-released album in 2017.

Radar State sign to Wiretap and announce album

Kansas City, MO’s Radar State, who boast Matt Pryor and Jim Suptic (The Get Up Kids), Josh Berwanger (The Anniversary/Berwanger) and Adam Phillips (The Architects/The Gadjits) as members, have signed with LA-based Wiretap Records and will release their debut LP ‘Strays’ in January 2019.

The band embark on a tour through January and February to mark the release – dates are below.

Well this is awesome!

If you’re not familiar with Radar State, that’s because their a brand-new venture from what should be some pretty familiar faces: Matt Pryor (The Get Up Kids, The New Amsterdams), Jim Suptic (The Get Up Kids), Adam Phillips (The Architects, The Gadjits) and Josh Berwanger (The Anniversary, Berwanger). Put ’em together and what have you got? A pretty tight, rad throwback pop-punk style band with some really catchy melodies.

The band debuted their lead single, “Spinning Wheel,” yesterday. It’s really great; check it out below.

“Spinning Wheel” is slated to appear on the band’s debut seven-inch, alongside two additional tracks, “Drugs USA” and “Double Speak.” It should be out in September, but if you dig what you hear, you can pre-order Radar State merch right here.
