Barcelona punk band Torches are streaming their rendition of Iron Maiden’s “Wasted Years.” The group has given it a punkier edge but has also put it towards a good cause. The cover was recorded in collaboration with Hardcore Hits Cancer – an organization that “aims to aid cancer patients from a mental and financial point of view and to raise money for different foundations who work with them, and especially those that assist children.” All proceeds from this song will benefit La Casa dels Xuklis, a shelter for at-risk families with children suffering from cancer.
