DS Exclusive: Obstructionist (mpls punk) premiere debut EP, “Disbelief”

We are pleased as grandma’s secret punch that she keeps next to the loaded handgun in the special locked drawer to bring you Obstructionist‘s debut EP, Disbelief.

If you like loud, fast, melodic punk rock, Minneapolis’ Obstructionist delivers and without stomping all over your package first, unless you’re into that sort of thing, in which case, you’ll have to ask them and it probably costs a little extra, probably like another fifty bucks or so if you really want to feel it for a couple of weeks. Or so I hear.

Disbelief will be out this weekend, so keep an eye on Obstructionist’s bandcamp for more details.  For now, prepare your ears to be slathered in hot, steaming, Minneapolis punk rock and check out the entire EP below!

Obstructionist (Minneapolis punk) release “The Invisible Hand” single

Minneapolis melodic punks Obstructionist have released their second single, “The Invisible Hand.” Obstructionist takes their influence from bands such as Bad Religion, NOFX, No Trigger, Black Flag, and sweet, delicious, PEARS.

You can check out “The Invisible Hand” below, and be sure to check out their first single “Blue Skies Fade” at bandcamp. If you’re super rad, you can throw them a buck for both songs. And if you’re super rad and local like I am, you can catch them at Caydence Coffee & Records in St. Paul, Saturday, April 7th at 7 pm.
